CaroMont Regional Medical Center is a 435 bed not-for-profit Level III Trauma facility that has a Main OR, Outpatient Surgery Center, and Free-Standing Surgery Center. This location is great for those who live in the Charlotte suburbs, and do not want to deal with traffic during rush hour! This site is only 20-30 minutes from Charlotte, and the new Belmont hospital which is part of our division as well is only 15 minutes from Charlotte! Our sites also have NO LOCUMS, a great testament to our culture and leadership. This is a full-time, W2, hourly position with a compensation package that has just increased for the team, effective September 1, 2025! **We offer scheduling flexibility! 12s, 10s, and 8s! Base salary is $197,600 for new graduates, with increases every year for 5 years AND retention bonuses of $5,000 per year ONLY FOR W2 employees. Cases are mainly bread and butter and include but are not limited to, GS, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, Ob-Gyn, Eyes (cataracts), Dental. Peds are rare. Opportunities for epidurals and blocks! Our CRNAs are highly autonomous at this location and run solo back-up. The schedule is shared between 4 other CRNAs. Surgical cases start at 0700 and end at 1500. Call begins at 1500. The OR is covered by 3 CRNAs and one anesthesiologist every day, Monday through Friday. The coverage for this location is also shared with ECU Health Bertie Hospital in Windsor, North Carolina. This site is a CRNA-only covered hospital with one CRNA covering Monday - Friday from 0700 - 1500. Call is shared among the CRNAs at ECU Health Chowan. The CRNA will be employed by East Carolina Anesthesia Associates, one of the largest anesthesia private practices in North Carolina. The practice is managed and operated by the anesthesiologists that provide services at its various sites across the state. The most beneficial part about this structure is that the incumbent will have significant autonomy, but immediate support when and if needed.
