1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using crna.jobs (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. About Mizu Health
crna.jobs is part of the Mizu Health network of specialty-specific job boards. When you create an account on this Site, you are creating an account in the Mizu Health platform. This means:
- Your account credentials and profile information are stored in the Mizu Health database
- You may be able to access other Mizu Health properties using the same account
- Your applications and profile may be visible to healthcare organizations across the Mizu Health network
- These Terms apply to your use of all Mizu Health services accessed through your account
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Site, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
5. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in your profile or applications
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your credentials or qualifications
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems

6. Job Listings and Applications
The Site provides a platform for healthcare organizations to post job listings and for candidates to apply to those positions. We do not:
- Guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of job listings
- Verify the credentials of employers or their ability to hire
- Guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, or employment
- Take responsibility for the hiring decisions or employment practices of organizations
When you submit an application, you authorize us to share your profile information and application materials with the hiring organization.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Mizu Health and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Site
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use any Mizu Health trademarks or branding without our prior written consent
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Site, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any information or content on the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIZU HEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Site
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your account or data
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content on the Site
- Any interactions with other users or third parties through the Site
- Any employment or hiring decisions made by organizations
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mizu Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any information or content you submit to the Site, including false or misleading information
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Site prior to the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mizu Health regarding your use of the Site.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
