This site is only 20-30 minutes from Charlotte, and the new Belmont hospital which is part of our division as well is only 15 minutes from Charlotte! Our sites also have NO LOCUMS, a great testament to our culture and leadership. This is a full-time, W2, hourly position with a compensation package that has just increased for the team, effective September 1, 2025! **We offer scheduling flexibility! 12s, 10s, and 8s! Base salary is $197,600 for new graduates, with increases every year for 5 years AND retention bonuses of $5,000 per year ONLY FOR W2 employees.
