About the Practice:
A busy facility in the Greensboro, North Carolina area is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locums, part-time or full-time positions for a multispecialty center. The practice focuses on general surgery, plastics, urology, GYN in a streamlined and efficient setting.

Opportunity:
This is a locums, part-time or full-time opening for CRNAs. The schedule typically runs from 7:30 AM to 3 PM, with most days finishing before 3 PM. Cases average 10–14 per day, with shifts lasting 6–8 hours. No call, nights, or weekends. Experienced CRNAs only.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Valid and unrestricted North Carolina RN license (or eligible for licensure).
  • Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage a high volume of cases efficiently.
  • Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for GI procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits:
Part-Time: Offering $1,600 per day on a 1099 basis, with an 8-hour daily guarantee (equivalent to approximately $200 per hour).
Full-Time: $290K on W-2 + full benefits. 1099 options available as well. Benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for general surgery, plastics, urology, GYN.
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
  • Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively.
  • Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  • Adhere to all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements

Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience required.

Significant experience as a CRNA is required.

Required Certifications

NBCRNA National Certification State RN Licensure
