About the Practice:
A busy facility in the Goldsboro, North Carolina area is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for part-time or full-time positions. The practice focuses on GI cases in a streamlined and efficient setting.
Opportunity:
This is a part-time or full-time opening for CRNAs to work 100% autonomously—no supervision required. The schedule typically runs from 8 AM to 4 PM, with most days finishing before 3 PM. Cases average 10–14 per day, with shifts lasting 6–8 hours. No call, nights, or weekends. Experienced CRNAs only.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Valid and unrestricted North Carolina RN license (or eligible for licensure).
- Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage a high volume of cases efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits:
Part-Time: Offering $1,400 - $1,500 per day on a 1099 basis, with an 8-hour daily guarantee (equivalent to approximately $175 per hour).
Full-Time: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the agreed-upon schedule, with the daily rate serving as a strong indicator of earning potential. This will be on a 1099 basis. Benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans are not directly provided as this is a 1099 contract position.

Responsibilities
- Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for a high volume of gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures (e.g., colonoscopies, endoscopies).
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively.
- Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Adhere to all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1 years of experience required.
- Significant experience as a CRNA is required.
- Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for GI procedures.
