HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for a Chief CRNA who is passionate about high quality patient care and leading a team focused on excellence, at our HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida. As the Chief CRNA, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising a dedicated group of 18 CRNAs that perform at top of license. This role is instrumental in aligning facility goals with divisional objectives while ensuring optimal patient care delivery. Opportunity Highlights: • Anesthesia care team model of 12 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs • Case mix includes general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo • Flexible scheduling: 8s, 10s, 12s. Chief schedule requires a min. of 3 -4 days onsite. • No call requirement with minimal weekends. • CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.
