HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for skilled CRNAs to join the talented team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. The hospital is located in Brooksville, less than an hour northeast of Tampa and fifteen miles east of the Gulf of Mexico. Our employed, Anesthesia Program offers a collaborative, learning environment that values mutually respectful communication and a teamwork approach. We are excited to partner with Florida CRNA schools and offer SRNA rotations that prepare the next generation of CRNAs. Additionally, we welcome new graduates at our facility and have talented, experienced CRNAs providing a custom orientation as they transition to practice for optimal success.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Anesthesia Care Team model of 11 Anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs
- Case mix includes General, Ortho, Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, OB, Endo, GYN
- No Call requirement. Flexible work schedule: 10s, 12s, 14s, with occasional 16s and 24s available
- Full scope of practice.
- Cardiac work available if desired.
About HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital:
- 350 bed facility
- Hernando County’s only comprehensive cardiovascular surgery program
- Level III NICU with an average of 1500 delivers per year
- 24/7 intensivist critical care coverage in its 36 bed ICU

Education Requirements
Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Incentive Compensation
- $75K Start Date Bonus with 3 year commitment plus relocation assistance
- Annual Geographic stipend $30K

- Premium pay calculated on a daily basis if provider works past their scheduled shift. Premium rate also applies if Clinician chooses to pick-up any extra.
- Annual $2500 CME
- Hospital employed. No contract. No restrictive covenant. No non-compete.

- Malpractice insurance is covered 100% by Company and is occurrence based.
