Competitive Compensation Package: • Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay • Guaranteed scheduled premium hours • Premium Pay rate of $200/hour for any hours over 40 in a work week • Shift Differentials: $12/hour for Evening (3-7pm) | $14/hour for Nights (7pm-7am) | $16/hour for Weekends • Evening or Night differentials can be stacked with Weekend differentials and are added to Base or Premium Pay as applicable. • Holidays at 1.5x pay rate Work Life Balance Benefits: • CRNAs have high level of autonomy • CRNAs experience a broad case mix including everything except hearts • Independent OB Coverage – plenty of epidurals and spinals • Excellent MDA/CRNA rapport (MDA’s support and encourage autonomy!) • No overnight OR call / In-house OB coverage only • Schedule is a shared model with a master rotation which provides extreme flexibility for time off (If you need off for something important to you, we will make it happen!) • Shifts include 8’s, 12’s, 16’s and 24-hour OB, which are shared • East Texas offers numerous lakes, excellent hunting & fishing, no traffic, outstanding public and private school systems, plenty of good food and easy access to Dallas & Shreveport Night Life and Shopping

$432k base income, 1099, independent practice, no in-house call, 13 wks off/year, extra work/extra pay, nice schedule routine. Traditional, single-hospital group with excellent skills seeks one provider to complete the team. Collegial, cooperative environment sharing modest volume. Frequent, amenable scheduling trades provide maximum flexibility. Bread-and-butter general, orthopedics, podiatry, endoscopy, ophthalmology and labor and delivery. Independent practice. Professional, supportive, family-oriented staff. All call, including labor and delivery, taken from home. Typical pattern of 7 workdays, weekend off, 11 workdays, 7 days off, repeat. Multiple group members with many years’ service at this facility. Easy drive to San Antonio provides travel flexibility.

• Type of practice setting: Hospital and out-patient surgery center • Type of patient population: All ages • Scope of work: All cases except Cardio thoracic and infants. • Schedule: 7a – 4p M-F • 2 Average late days per week until 7pm - $200hr. additional comp for after 4pm • No Call, No Weekends, No Holiday • What other providers/Surgeons will they be working with- Orthopedic, ENT, general surgeon, ophthalmology, GI, neurosurgery. • Electronic Medical Record system- EPIC
