HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking a CRNA that is ready to practice top of license and join the dynamic team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. Bayonet Point is a Level II Trauma Center located just north of Tampa on the West Coast of FL. This is cohesive and stable team has grown together over the past 3 years under outstanding Clinical leadership and is thriving as a part of the HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services hospital-employed model. Highlight of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates: • Staffing model of 10 Anesthesiologists (6 Gen and 3 Cardiac) and 22 CRNAs covering 11 Sites of Service including EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo. • Annual volume approx. 9,000 cases. • Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Trauma, Cardiac, heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Bariatric, Robotics, etc. • No OB. No Peds. • Shift model. Including 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and 24s. One weekend day shift every 4-6 weeks. Can be part of regular 40 hours or picked up at premium pay. • CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
