Faculty Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a 100% clinical appointment at Ben Taub Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Provides comprehensive anesthesia care for patients across a broad range of surgical and procedural specialties, including trauma, obstetrics, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, thoracic, and non-operating room anesthesia (NORA) locations. Additionally supports the educational mission of Baylor College of Medicine through clinical instruction and mentorship of Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) during daily patient care activities. Participates in departmental quality improvement initiatives, operational workflows, and collaborative efforts to advance perioperative and anesthesia services within a large public academic healthcare system.

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join a newly structured OB-only team at HCA Southeast Houston Hospital in Pasadena, TX. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, highly focused team providing 24-hour OB coverage in a consistent, predictable schedule. With no OR responsibility, an excellent compensation model, and generous time off, this role offers a true work-life balance that is hard to find in anesthesia.
