Exciting Locum Opportunity for CRNAs Near Marion, NC Join a collaborative anesthesia team in a highly autonomous practice setting with a strong mix of OB and regional anesthesia cases. Position Details: Title: CRNA Type: Locums Shifts: Mixture of 8, 10, and 12-hour in-house shifts Monday–Friday; beeper call 5pm–7am weekdays and 24-hour weekend call with 30-minute response time Location: Near Marion, NC Facility Type: Inpatient (hospital) What to Expect: Autonomous practice environment with solo provider coverage during call shifts Care team model with 1 MD and 3 CRNAs onsite daily; 1:3 MD-to-CRNA ratio Cases include OB, orthopedics, ENT, endoscopy, and general surgery Providers must be proficient in epidurals, spinals, peripheral nerve blocks, epidural blood patches, and central line placement High callback volume while on primary call, primarily for overnight epidurals and add-on procedures Use of multiple clinical systems including Qgenda, Cerner, and AIMS Emergency privileges and temporary privileges available for qualified candidates Orientation provided during the initial onsite days Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Pay – Rewarding your expertise and commitment.
