CRNA – $230/hr + Travel & Lodging
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12‑hour shifts
Flexibility: 2 on / 2 off option; some weekend availability
Practice Model: Independent
EMR: Epic

Case mix includes General, Orthopedics, Urology, some Pediatrics, Dental, Breast Reconstruction, Endoscopy, and OB Sections, offering a broad and steady caseload in a well‑supported environment.

Education Requirements

Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Required Certifications

State APRN Licensure NBCRNA National Certification
