Reeves Regional Health, located in Pecos, TX, less than 80 miles from Odessa, TX, is a Level IV Trauma Center and Level I Nursery offering a wide variety of medical services with vision, diversity, stability and a future.

The CRNA will practice both autonomously and in collaboration with a variety of health providers on the interprofessional team to deliver high-quality, holistic, evidence-based anesthesia and pain care services.

CRNAs have been the exclusive anesthesia providers in Reeves County for nearly 40 years and
provide all anesthesia services for our patients.

***This is a 4-day a week position from 630am to 430pm Tuesday - Friday.

NO Call, NO weekends, Every Monday OFF
***CRNA may pick up call and weekends for premium rate if desired, not required.

Hospital is expanding service lines to provide Orthopedic and Cataract services to community.

Currently a general surgeon is available Mon-Wed for Lap Chole, Hernias, and Endos
Orthopedic cases (2-3 days per month on Thursdays)
Cataract cases (1 Friday a month)

Active OB service with approximately 20 deliveries a month.

Salary: Starting at $312,765.11 with scheduled salary increases. Averages 3% per year.

Education Requirements

Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Incentive Compensation

Sign On Bonus: $25000
Relocation Expenses: $7500

8 Weeks Total Vacation
Paid Time Off: 20 days awarded after 90 days of employment
CME Time Off: 10 days awarded after 90 days of employment

Retirement: RRH participates in the TCDRS Retirement Program. 7% is deducted from employees’ gross wages. Annual compound interest growth of 7% and RRH matches 250% with an 8-year vesting.

Employees are eligible to participate in Security Benefits 457(b) program. This is a tax deferred program.

Annual CME allowance of $4500
All Licensures, AANA membership, NBCRNA, Certifications, and Malpractice are reimbursed by RRH
