$273K – $325K/yrBaylor Scott And White Medical Center Lake Pointe Rowlett, TX About a month agoGeneral Anesthesiology Full TimeAt Symmetry Anesthesia, we’re not trying to look different—we actually are. We’re a clinician-led group built by people who practice anesthesia every day. No private equity. No non-competes. No layers of corporate decision-makers who’ve never stepped into an OR. Just a team focused on doing things the right way—for our clinicians and our patients. What does that mean for you? • Real Autonomy – Practice at the top of your license. Your clinical judgment matters here. • Transparent Culture – Compensation, scheduling, expectations—nothing hidden, nothing confusing. • Care Team Model That Actually Works – Collaborative, respectful, and built around delivering great care—not maximizing spreadsheets. • Your Voice Matters – We expect input. We want ideas. And we actually act on them. • Strong Hospital Partnerships – Including leading systems like Baylor Scott & White Health, where we’re building long-term, sustainable programs. • We’re growing—but we’re doing it differently. Thoughtfully. Intentionally. Without losing what makes this a great place to work. Not average. Not ordinary. We’re Symmetry. Life on the Lake — Rowlett & Rockwall, TX Nestled along the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall is consistently ranked among the best places to live in Texas. It's the kind of community where neighbors actually know each other—safe, scenic, and surprisingly close to everything Dallas has to offer (just 25 miles east). Rowlett, its neighboring city, offers the same lakeside charm with an even more established sense of community and a growing culinary and retail scene. Think weekend mornings on the water, evenings on Rockwall's harbor boardwalk, and a quality of life that most clinicians only dream about. Texas has no state income tax, and housing in the Rockwall-Rowlett corridor remains genuinely affordable compared to most major metro areas—your $300,000+ package stretches here. About BSW Medical Center – Lake Pointe Lake Pointe is a full-service medical center with 148 beds, Trauma Level III designation—offering CRNAs meaningful clinical breadth in a community hospital setting.
