About the Practice:
A well-established and respected private practice in the Dallas TX area, is seeking a dedicated part time or full time CRNA to focus exclusively on providing sedation for Pain Management cases. The practice is committed to high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.

Opportunity:
There is an immediate full-time CRNA job opening dedicated to sedation for pain cases, Monday through Friday. Applications from Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) nearing graduation are enthusiastically welcomed. Locums positions are also available.

Qualifications:

  • Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or eligibility to sit for the certification exam (for SRNAs).
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage sedation for pain cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Compensation: $300,000 on a W-2 basis & full benefits.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with 8-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Independently administer and manage sedation for pain cases.
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  • Collaborate effectively with gastroenterologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Education Requirements

Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Required Certifications

ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) NBCRNA National Certification State RN Licensure
