What is AANA Motion?

Motion is a career exploration platform, not a job board. AANA describes it as map-based career exploration — "like Zillow for CRNA careers." It maps virtually every facility in the United States where a nurse anesthetist works, whether they're actively hiring or not. You can explore employers by map, view housing costs and commute times, follow facilities or entire markets for updates, message employers directly, and apply to open roles.

It's members-only. You need an active AANA membership (60,000+ CRNAs) to access the platform. Employers pay per site location rather than per posting — a single hiring site starts at $1,350 for three months and includes unlimited job postings.

Sites come in tiers: any location can carry free branding and rich media; paid Networking sites signal future or opportunistic hiring and help employers build a pipeline; paid Hiring sites add unlimited active job postings.
