North Florida Anesthesia Consultants (NFAC), in partnership with Envision Healthcare, is seeking motivated and flexible APPs for per diem opportunities across our growing network of facilities in the Jacksonville area.

- Provide consistent availability and scheduling reliability
- Willing to work across multiple facilities
- Can participate in occasional call coverage (not required)
- Communicate proactively and function well within a team-based model
