Responsibilities

  • Case mix includes general surgery, urology, orthopedic, ENT, plastic, podiatry, IR, GI and minor vascular
  • No Cardiac, Neuro, Thoracic, Trauma or OB

Education Requirements

Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Required Certifications

State APRN Licensure NBCRNA National Certification State RN Licensure
