About the Practice:
An established private anesthesia practice in the Pinehurst NC area is seeking experienced CRNAs for ongoing part-time & full time autonomous positions for an eye center. The group focuses on delivering high-quality anesthesia care across a range of outpatient surgical specialties.

Opportunity:
Part-time & full time autonomous CRNA openings are available Monday through Friday on an ongoing basis. Hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with flexible scheduling options. This position is for experienced CRNAs only.

Compensation and Benefits:

Part-Time:
Hourly Rate: $200 per hour on a 1099 basis with (8) hour guarantee. .
Schedule: Ongoing part-time or full time, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options within the hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Full-Time (if applicable):
Annual Compensation: $250,000 on a W-2 basis & full benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures.
  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the outpatient setting.
  • Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Education Requirements

Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 years of experience required.

  • Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). 1

Experienced CRNAs only.

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to independently manage anesthesia for the specified range of outpatient surgical cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical judgments.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an efficient outpatient setting.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Required Certifications

State APRN Licensure NBCRNA National Certification
