CRNA Needed – McKinney, TX | Flexible Schedule | New Grads Welcome | OB‑Focused Role
Position Overview
A well‑established anesthesia group in McKinney, Texas is expanding and seeking 2–4 full‑time CRNAs. This is a stable, supportive practice with a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, and a strong team culture.
New graduates are encouraged to apply—training and OB refreshers are provided.
Location
- McKinney, TX
- Exact clinical sites shared during candidate engagement
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible options: 4×10s, 5×8s, etc.
- One weekend per month
- One 24‑hour in‑house call per month
- Primarily OB coverage
Responsibilities
Case Mix
- Wide variety of cases
- **No hearts or transplants**
- Trauma included
- Very limited pediatrics (1–2 cases/week; CRNAs not required to do peds)
- No burns
Clinical Expectations
- Ability to perform spinals and epidurals after orientation
- OB training provided for those needing refreshers
- Open to new grads and experienced CRNAs
- Team fit and professionalism are top priorities
Education Requirements
Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
