CRNA

• 4×10s (7a–5p) or 3×12s (7a–7p)
• Rotating option: **M–W (Week 1)/ W–F (Week 2)
• 1 Saturday or Sunday per month
• Must be willing to work **Thanksgiving or Christmas week (not the holiday)

CRNA – 4×10s or 3×12s + 1 Sat/Sun Monthly

Cases & Model:

• OB, Endo, General, Light Vascular, Thoracic, Urology, GYN, Ortho
• Occasional healthy peds, trauma, neuro
• Not a burn center
• Medical Direction
• EMR:Epic

**Credentialing:** 90–120 days

**Qualifications:**

• Active **Georgia license**
• **ACLS & BLS**
