We are seeking motivated and clinically strong CRNAs to join our growing team. Palestine offers a welcoming community and is conveniently located a short drive southwest of Dallas.

Position Highlights

• Day Shift Only
• No Call or Weekends
• Independent practice setting

Clinical Practice

• Full-scope anesthesia practice
• Case mix includes OB and regional anesthesia
• No cardiac or intracranial cases

Regional anesthesia experience is welcomed but not required. Our team is happy to provide training in nerve blocks for candidates seeking to expand their skill set. Block proficiency is a plus given recent service line expansion, including neuro-spine procedures.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Texas CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to practice independently
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Requirements

• Must meet all state licensure requirements
• Must satisfy hospital credentialing and privileging standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

• $325,000 annualized 1099 base compensation
• 6-weeks paid vacation
• Incentive compensation available for additional shifts
