Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join our team at Palestine Regional Medical Center in Palestine, Texas. Position Highlights: • $342,000 (1099) • 11 weeks off • Cases: Orthopedic, GYN, ENT, OB, GI, Cath Lab, Pain management, and General surgery. • Occasional Ped ENT | No CV, major vascular or Neuro • Case volume averages 280 cases/month • The group will consist of 4 CRNAs and 1 MD | non-medically directed practice • MD is present during the day as part of the anesthesia team to cover one of the 4 sites of service daily. • Night call is CRNA-only but not required to be in-house. • CRNAs do their own epidurals and spinals and peripheral nerve blocks – we are willing to train! Qualifications: • Board Certified • Proficient in peripheral nerve blocks, spinals and epidurals. $432k base income, 1099, independent practice, no in-house call, 13 wks off/year, extra work/extra pay, nice schedule routine. Traditional, single-hospital group with excellent skills seeks one provider to complete the team. Collegial, cooperative environment sharing modest volume. Frequent, amenable scheduling trades provide maximum flexibility. Bread-and-butter general, orthopedics, podiatry, endoscopy, ophthalmology and labor and delivery. Independent practice. Professional, supportive, family-oriented staff. All call, including labor and delivery, taken from home. Typical pattern of 7 workdays, weekend off, 11 workdays, 7 days off, repeat. Multiple group members with many years’ service at this facility. Easy drive to San Antonio provides travel flexibility.
