HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking highly skilled CRNAs to join our HCA Florida Largo Hospital location. This program serves a high acuity patient population and our CRNAs receive specialty stipends for cardiac and transplant skills. Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates: • Staffing model of 11 Anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs covering 12 ORs plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo. Average surgical volume of 9000 annually. • Diverse mix of cases including, Transplant (Separate team), Cardiac (optional) heavy Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds. No OB. No Trauma. • CRNAs practice top of license. Opportunity to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks if desired, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency. Willing to train. • Variety of shift options. Days only. No nights due to having a Nighthawk team in place. • Surgery Days M, W, TH • 7:30am arrival with typical 8-10 hour days • No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays • GETA Plastic Surgery - Looking for Nurse Anesthetist to operate independently - Administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgical procedure - Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate anesthesia plans tailored to each individual's needs - Manage airway complications and other anesthetic emergencies - Document all medical information accurately, adhering to HIPPA regulations - Collaborate with Surgeon, OR Manager, and nursing staff to ensure seamless procedural workflow - Provide pain management post-operatively, enhancing recovery experience for patients - Background with Plastics a PLUS

This team is growing rapidly and thriving over the last few years in a stable community hospital in the beautiful Tampa Bay area. The hospital provides a full range of services including cardiac, ENT, orthopedic, bariatric, women’s care, urology, vascular, spine and interventional radiology.
