Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join its CRNA team at Nacogdoches Medical Center (NMC) in beautiful Nacogdoches, Texas. Located in the heart of east Texas near Lufkin, NMC is a multi-specialty facility that offers a wide scope of medical services. Nacogdoches Medical Center: • Compensation is $372(k) Average • 9 Weeks off plus post primary call day off • Call is 1:5 weekday and 1:6 weekends • Case types include general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, urology, ENT (rare pediatric), OB/GYN. *Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred but we are willing to train. • 1099 Position • CRNA team is comprised of 6 CRNAs covering OR and OB calls from home. $432k base income, 1099, independent practice, no in-house call, 13 wks off/year, extra work/extra pay, nice schedule routine. Traditional, single-hospital group with excellent skills seeks one provider to complete the team. Collegial, cooperative environment sharing modest volume. Frequent, amenable scheduling trades provide maximum flexibility. Bread-and-butter general, orthopedics, podiatry, endoscopy, ophthalmology and labor and delivery. Independent practice. Professional, supportive, family-oriented staff. All call, including labor and delivery, taken from home. Typical pattern of 7 workdays, weekend off, 11 workdays, 7 days off, repeat. Multiple group members with many years’ service at this facility. Easy drive to San Antonio provides travel flexibility.

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join a newly structured OB-only team at HCA Southeast Houston Hospital in Pasadena, TX. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, highly focused team providing 24-hour OB coverage in a consistent, predictable schedule. With no OR responsibility, an excellent compensation model, and generous time off, this role offers a true work-life balance that is hard to find in anesthesia.
