Highlights of this opportunity include: • Anesthesia Care team model is growing to 25 physicians and 42 CRNA’s & CAAs • Care team covers hospital as well as South Palm Surgery Center and Boca Raton Regional Hospital Ambulatory Surgical Center • 4 10-hour shifts and 3 13-hour shifts (all call taking positions) • Case types include General, OB, Ortho and Pedi; No cardiac • Up to $242,000 Compensation Annually • Opportunity to work extra on weekends! • Surgery Days M, W, TH • 7:30am arrival with typical 8-10 hour days • No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays • GETA Plastic Surgery - Looking for Nurse Anesthetist to operate independently - Administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgical procedure - Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate anesthesia plans tailored to each individual's needs - Manage airway complications and other anesthetic emergencies - Document all medical information accurately, adhering to HIPPA regulations - Collaborate with Surgeon, OR Manager, and nursing staff to ensure seamless procedural workflow - Provide pain management post-operatively, enhancing recovery experience for patients - Background with Plastics a PLUS
