US Anesthesia Partners – South Texas is expanding and looking for talented CRNAs to join our team at Baptist Medical Center, a facility known for its cutting-edge operating rooms, exceptional surgical services, and strong anesthesia team culture.

We offer:
- Base salary starts at $250k and increases based on experience + annual salary increases, loyalty bonuses, and extra earning potential with Premium Pay
- Opportunity to receive stipends while you continue training - earn while you learn!
- Work-Life Balance! We offer flexible schedules including 8s, 10s, and 12s and 4 shifts per week with a rotating day off
- No weekends, overnights, holidays, or call
- Work across a wide range of cases, including GI, General, Colorectal, ENT, Plastics, Ortho, Spine, and OB
