Specific Details for Assignment: Arrival time is 6:30am and the day typically runs until 4pm or 5pm (8-hour minimum guarantee)

Schedule: PRN Ongoing with Thursdays and Fridays being the biggest need. Specific dates- July 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 31 and August 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28
Call, Nights and Weekends: None
Cases: Colonoscopies and EDGs
Facility: Outpatient Endoscopy Center
Model: Independent CRNA Practice
Charting: Paper
Credentialing: 8 weeks turnaround but emergency temps available
