Envision is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida.

This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 21 Physicians and 52 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical.

Responsibilities

The Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling
  • Staff development
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
  • Liaison with hospital leaders
  • Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
  • Participate in leadership and development activities
  • Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
  • Orientation and onboarding of new hires

Education Requirements

Postgraduate degree required. All candidates must hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience required.

Minimum CRNA experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred.

Required Certifications

ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) State APRN Licensure NBCRNA National Certification State RN Licensure

Incentive Compensation

$75K Start Date Bonus with 3-year commitment
