HCA Florida Northwest Hospital Position Highlights: Leadership Role: Partner with the Chief CRNA and medical leadership to oversee clinical operations, quality initiatives, scheduling, and team development Clinical + Administrative Balance: Maintain hands-on clinical practice while contributing to strategic and operational decision-making Collaborative Care Model: Work alongside a team of highly skilled anesthesiologists, APPs Mentorship & Growth: Play a key role in mentoring staff, onboarding new clinicians, and driving professional development Practice Highlights: • Anesthesia Care Team of 17 Physicians and 13 APP's • No cardiac anesthesia or pediatrics • Case mix: B&B, OB, EP/TEE, Neuro/IR, Endoscopy • 125–150 OB anesthetics per month • 9 ORs, 2 OB ORs, Endo, EP and IR suites • ACGME Residency Program Northwest Medical Center is a 289‑bed, full‑service community hospital serving Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate, and Deerfield Beach.
